My name is Steve Barone. I'm 23 years old, from Buffalo. I'm graduating after this semester and currently have a part time job with Hershey's which will turn into a full time job in December. It’s a great job so far and it’s an excellent company to work for. It’s the top chocolate and candy manufacturer on the continent so there’s a great sense of job security and they have killer benefits like tons of free candy!
My main interests include running, swimming, cars, skydiving, movies, and DJ'ing/music. My favorite type of music is techno (specifically trance, breaks, and house if you're familiar with the different types.) A few of my favorite movies are Blow, Superbad, The Brave Little Toaster, Over the Top, and anything with Edward Norton, Samuel L. Jackson, or Chris Farley among many, many others. I have well over 350 DVD's. Another thing of HUGE interest to me is drinking (I’m sure I’m not alone on this one.) I have no preference between beer and hard liquor, mostly vodka though. They both have their place depending on the night and atmosphere. I really like Sam Adams and a local brew made by Flying Bison called Aviator Red. Vodka is Grey Goose or Stoli, although Three Olives is pretty decent too. Grey Goose/Stoli orange, or Three Olives grape all are awesome with Red Bull.
As for what I want to get out of this class, I’m going to be honest. I just want to pass and get the heck out. It’s not that I’m lazy or that I just don’t care, but I’ve been in school way too long. Knowing that I have a job waiting for me, I just want to get started. It’s nothing personal or specific to this class, it goes for pretty much all of them.
